We dont just weld Building & Construction related projects, anything you can think of we are most likely to be able to do. Svyat's welded steel from 1mm thick all the way to 10mm for over 7 years with great precision, And has done a wide variety of projects like: cars exhausts, custom trailer setups, architectural overlooking / privacy screens, gym equipment, steel structures, truck bin repairs, hand rails & ballustrades, custom 4x4 parts including side steps, front & rear bullbars, aluminium airboxes & intake pipes, aluminium boat repairs and much more. Custom Balustrade
Customer of this balustrade was quoted 7 grand to get this made up, we managed to get it done for a quarter of the cost!

A template was traced of the stairs so then we could make the whole thing up off site and bring it in to test fit before sending it off to get powdercoated.

Custom Rear Winch Bar
This one was really interesting and fun to make. Objective was to make a rear bar to maximize clearance, be real heavy duty & to include a winch into it. As you can see all cuts were made to perfection & tacked together before fully welding from inside & out

Once all the pieces were cut & tacked together it was time to fully weld it up, inside of the bar we've welded in heaps of gussets to reinforce the 3mm steel plate and to brace it up while keeping the weight to a minimum

Swing away tire carrier, parking sensors, 2 STEDI light bars & number plate lights were all added onto it as well
Architectural overlooking screen for ZDC
This screen was made for another one of ZDC jobs we were on. Was deigned by the owner to complement the colourbond panel cladding which was part of the extension out the front upper floor of the house.

All welds done with high heat for deep penetration & fusion on the inside which allows for an ultimate seamless finish on the outside.

Finished product, fitted in quite well with the theme of the house, supported by a galvanised steel post to blend in with the roof gives it a "hovering" affect.

One of the renos we've been a part of for ZDC required steel outriggers made up and build into the frame to support aluminium blades.Steel can bend once welded because of the high heat, here we came up with a quick & creative way to straighten it back up with our cars winch.

Custom 7" Exhaust Pipe
Customer got quoted over 1500 for a custom exhaust from an exhaust shop, we got it fabricated for him for less then a quater of the price. Job involved welding on a 7" pipe to original exhaust, then making a slight bend & cutting a plumb exhaust tip

The exhaust being so big it all had to be hand cut with a grinder, the steady hand & perfect marking really showing here with the perfectly straight & paralel exhaust opening cut. The welded bend coming up with a seamless finish aswell

Aluminium airbox custom made to fit a ford ranger, was made with custom MAF sensor mount to work without any issues just like a factory box

Pie Cut Intake Pipe
This one is a bit of a weird one. This project involved making a duplicate of an intake pipe out of ally, and to in cooperate a blowoff valve into it to make a diesel car dose

We were keen to give it a go since its not something we usually do, and after 14 cuts to get the shape right and a bit of welding we were pretty happy with the result. All it needs now is a bit of polish and its good to go in.

Custom Firepit
Customer was after a portable firepit that would double up as a BBQ grill, We came up with a design for it and made it happen

We went for a heavy duty design to allow for some serious fires to be lit in there, 3mm checker plating long sides & 100mm from the bottom on the feature/vent sides to keep the coals in, and then adding a middle rail in as a brace & to support a grilling plate

We finished it off with heatproof paint & made up a portable stand for it to keep it at a comfortable hip height for cooking
Custom Tipper Trailer
This tipper got full new cage welded up & sheeted with 1.2mm steel. Corners got welded for a sleek finish. Up front we welded in a draw slider with a storage compartment out the back & a frame to support a toolbox fitted on top by the owner
Custom Bash Plate For Our Work Car
Since Svyats work car gets used a fair bit offroad he folded up & welded an extra bashplate for underneath the car to protect the transmission, made out of a 30mm steel frame & 1.9mm steel sheet

Chin up bar welded up out of 30mm steel tube & mounted with 5mm thick steel plate to get by during covid times while gyms were closed
